Arun District Council have confirmed that this is enforceable by their Civil Enforcement Officers (CEO’s) and they welcome any information about illegally parked vehicles.
While Penalty Charge Notices cannot be issued retrospectively, any information provided by members of the public will be used to influence the scheduling of Arun District Council’s enforcement patrols to ensure they are in the area during times when this contravention is most prevalent.
